Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SplitChord ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

SplitChord is a music collaboration and split sheet management tool. We facilitate the documentation of ownership percentages but do not act as a publisher or copyright administrator.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription Plans: SplitChord offers Pro subscriptions (Monthly $4.99, Annual $49.99).
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

5. User Generated Content

You retain full ownership of the musical data and metadata you input. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, nor to harass, abuse, or harm others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated split sheets will be legally binding in your specific jurisdiction without further legal review.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dromeda Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
